Program Management. The focus of StandardAero’s program management activities is to assist airline maintenance personnel with forecasting, scheduling, spares planning and cost analysis. On of our Customer Program Representatives will work closely with you to determine the type of maintenance schedule that will most effectively lower your direct operating costs while increasing your mean time between removals. Your Customer Program Representative will conduct regularly scheduled program review meetings with you to determine what your removal drivers are and to let you be a part of our repair development strategy.
Reliability Centered Maintenance. The Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program will evaluate an operator's fleet with the goal of decreasing maintenance and operational costs. This is an analysis of operator workscopes, material issues, ITT margin and engine failures. We will then use the results of this analysis to advise our customers on preventative maintenance and operational actions that will optimize maintenance cost over the term of the program or aircraft ownership.
Customer Reporting. To help you better understand the maintenance performed on each engine, StandardAero will provide you with detailed engineering reports to give you the complete picture of your engine maintenance. These reports include reasons for removal, workscope, teardown findings, pictures of major parts and corrective actions taken.
Dedicated Field Service. StandardAero provides complete field service support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our teams are strategically based out of Europe and Canada to serve our customers around the globe. Field service capabilities include full engine borescope inspections, fuel nozzles changes, LP Impeller blending, hot section repairs including CCIL and CCOL replacements, Breather shaft replacement, RGB-change, Hot Section Inspection (HSI), line maintenance and QEC support and troubleshooting.
Rental Engine Support. StandardAero has a rental engine pool available to support our customers during both scheduled and unscheduled events; alternatively, a dedicated rental engine can also be provided to our TEAM customers.
Accessory Service Center. StandardAero began servicing fuel nozzles in 1998, and since then, the in-house capabilities have expanded to cover all PW100 fuel- and oil-related accessories. An accessory pool is available for customer use, as well.
Standard Aero Netherlands BV has been selected by the Dutch Defense Materiel Organisation as the private partner for the Public Private Partnership (PPP) with Logistic Centre Woensdrecht regarding the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of military gas turbines. Within this PPP Standard Aero Netherlands will initially focus itself primarily on the maintenance of the PW-F100 (F16) engine as operated by the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Later on our scope will be broadened with other military engine types and contracting of 3rd party customers. The specific added value of Standard Aero Netherlands is delivering availability by means of Performance Based concepts. One of the objectives of Standard Aero Netherlands is to qualify itself for Regional Support Centre for the future JSF engine by means of this PPP with DMO/LCW.
