A Strong Week for Dutch–Canadian Aviation Collaboration
Share news
This week marked the launch and successful conclusion of an inspiring Dutch aviation mission to Canada, opening new doors for collaboration and innovation across the sector. From Toronto to Montreal and Vancouver, the mission highlighted how closely Dutch strengths align with Canada’s rapidly growing ambitions in sustainable aviation, airport digitalisation, hybrid and electric propulsion and advanced air mobility.
From the outset, the goal was clear: connect Dutch innovation with Canadian demand and build long-term partnerships that strengthen the future of aviation for both countries. Throughout the week, our delegation engaged with leading partners across industry, government and research, revealing a strong mutual interest in joint development and technological cooperation.
The enthusiasm for working with Dutch companies was evident in every meeting, underscoring the value of our expertise in green technologies, digitalisation and systems thinking. These connections have laid a solid foundation for concrete collaboration in the years ahead.
We are proud to have represented the Dutch aviation sector alongside our partners and delegation. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this mission so impactful. The relationships forged here will help shape the next chapter of aviation—cleaner, smarter and more connected than ever.
