Young NAG
The NAG Young Community is a network established for young professionals in the aerospace sector. Currently, a young generation is standing up who will shape our future. These young people not only have potential to strengthen our business, but also have unique talents and points of view that can provide the solutions we need. As we aim to make aerospace future proof, we want to start actively involving this younger generation in our activities and the developments in the sector.
We as NAG Young Network we want to fascinate and inspire young people for the sector, create an open innovation structure/ culture, create a network for young professionals and retaining young people for the sector. You can join the Young NAG Community to network, provide strategic input and always be up to date about upcoming events being organized in- and outside the industry.

Sander van Lochem
ADSE
Sander is a consultant at ADSE Consulting and Engineering who focusses on Avionics, Human-Machine Interaction and automation. He is driven to bring together the Young Professionals of the Dutch Aerospace sector to learn from each other and support cooperation between companies. Together we can improve our sector and make sure that we will always enjoy our work in this fascinating industry!

Vincent is a sustainable aviation consultant and is intrinsically motivated to develop a clean aviation sector. Within the Young NAG, Vincent aims to learn though the organization of events, but also to engage with the sector and strive to make the voice of the younger generation within aviation heard. He wants to continue to connect with other aviation young professionals to pursue a clean future for aviation.

Mark Ommert
Clean Aviation Projects
Mark Ommert is a freelance Aeronautical Engineer and is fully focused on the development of electric aircraft. He has hands-on experience in designing, building and testing electric aircraft and is even flying in world’s first EASA certified electric aircraft: Pipistrel Velis Electro. Mark wants to inspire young potentials with all nice facets and opportunities in the (Dutch) aviation industry. Feel free to contact him, maybe he will be your e-pilot one day!
