Connecting Dutch innovation with Malaysia’s airport ambitions
Join the presentation of a market study on sustainable airport development in Malaysia on Thursday 17 April at 11:00 hrs, online via Teams or at the NAG office, WTC The Hague. The session, presented by Emma Flores Herrera from NACO, will last approximately one hour and will be followed by lunch.
Netherlands Airport Consultants (NACO) is conducting a market study on sustainable airport development in Malaysia, commissioned by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Malaysia and RVO. The goal is to identify business and investment opportunities for Dutch companies specialising in sustainable and digital infrastructure.
With its strategic location, growing economy and rising tourism, Malaysia is becoming a key aviation hub in Southeast Asia. To explore this potential, NACO recently visited the country and engaged with key stakeholders including the Ministry of Transport Malaysia, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, MMC Corporation Berhad, the Civil Aviation Authority, AirAsia and others.
The visit provided valuable insights into Malaysia’s airport development plans. These findings will guide Dutch companies seeking to contribute innovative, sustainable solutions to the country’s aviation future.
