Dutch Aerospace Delegation Builds Bridges in Toulouse under PIB Dutch ACES

A Dutch delegation of aerospace and airport technology companies recently visited Toulouse as part of the NAG “Advancing your Aerospace and Airport Business” mission, under the PIB Dutch ACES program. The mission aimed to strengthen Dutch-French collaboration in aerospace innovation and sustainability.
The visit began with a warm reception hosted by the Mayor of Toulouse, celebrating the Netherlands-France Economic Year and Dutch King’s Day—a symbolic and festive start that set the tone for the days ahead.
Key engagements included a visit to Collins Aerospace, where the delegation explored collaboration in composite materials, advanced manufacturing, and sustainable aircraft interiors. A tour of the Colomiers facility offered a closer look at Collins’ technological expertise.
The delegation also met with Airbus, discussing potential cooperation in composite technologies and innovations related to liquid hydrogen. The visit concluded with a tour of the A350 final assembly line, highlighting Airbus’ industrial scale and technical excellence.
The mission successfully reinforced ties between the Dutch and French aerospace sectors and opened doors for future partnerships focused on innovation and sustainability.
