Report General Members Assembly | Dec 2021
On December 7th, the General Members Assembly of the NAG took place. We unfortunately had to decide to convert our General Members Assembly to a digital meeting. Given the developments surrounding COVID-19, it did not feel good for us to meet live. The meeting via teams from the NAG office in Delft was limited to the formal agenda items. Five new members were welcomed: Fokker Services, Rotra, Shou Solution, Smart4Aviation and Unified International. The following board issues were discussed: the re-election of Constant van Schaik, the appointment of Marlie Koekenberg and the departure of Marcus Kremers. Instead of his board position, Marcus will focus on start-ups within the NAG.
The following presentations were given:
• Growth Fund proposal by Louis Aartman (LRN)
• Young NAG: status and plan of action by Bas de Glopper (KLM E&M)
• CvBLo: progress and plan of action by Renee van de Watering (CvBLo).
The NAG presented the plans for the national and international activities in 2022. We will include the input of the members given via the mentimeter (include link)in our program for next year.
We are moving the program that we originally had in mind for this General Members Assembly to our next meeting on 12 May 2022. Please reserve this date in your agenda! Collins Aerospace, KVE Composites Group, Samco Aircraft Maintenance are looking forward to welcome you at the Aviation Competence Centre at Maastricht Aachen Airport.
