An HR-cluster meeting was scheduled on April 23th. The theme of this meeting was “Business strategy = HR strategy”, a subject that cannot be related to contemporary problems in any way. All HR-professionals are engulfed by the circumstances regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic. We therefore decided, in consultation with the preparation group of the meeting (DTC, Qualitair Aviation Group and Aviation Community Schiphol), to postpone the planned session “Business Strategy = HR Strategy” and to organize an online meeting concerning these issues. HR-professionals could share their concerns, see where they possibly could provide assistance to each other and to device where the NAG could provide assistance within this process. It appeared to be very valuable for the participants that experiences and knowledge could be shared. The participants for instance saw opportunities to (temporarily) exchange staff.
As a result, all participants confirmed their interest in a follow-up to this session. In the accompanying report you can read which issues were discussed during the meeting and which topics will be discussed in the follow-up meeting on April 23th, from 2:00 – 3:30 pm.
