SACO neemt MASTER en VIKING over van S-P-S

SACO Airport Equipment en S-P-S International (beide gevestigd in Nederland) hebben in Juni 2022 overeenstemming bereikt aangaande de overname van SPS Master Equipment en SPS Viking door SACO Airport Equipment.
Deze strategische overname wordt gerealiseerd om gezamenlijke groei te bevorderen en om met meer slagkracht de internationale markt te bedienen.
Betrokken partijen blijven zich focussen op hun kerncompetenties.
Met de consolidatie van VIKING gevestigd in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en MASTER Airport Equipment gevestigd in Nederland, groeit SACO verder als toonaangevende internationale leverancier van Cargo Handling Systemen (CHS).
S-P-S heeft in Europa een goede reputatie op het gebied van verkoop, leasing en onderhoud van luchthaven Ground Support Equipment (GSE) en onderhoud van Cargo Handling Systemen (CHS).
Zowel Jos Smeets, directeur van SACO als Paul Schmitz, directeur van S-P-S zijn verheugd deze mijlpaal aan te kondigen.
