Meet our newest team member, Lindomar Minguel, who joined NAG-LRN april 2026 as Account Manager MRO.

Can you tell us a bit about your background and experience?

My background is in building and scaling international aviation and innovation ecosystems, with a strong focus on unmanned aviation.I’ve worked across public and private sectors, connecting governments, industry, and knowledge institutions. For example, I was involved in Amsterdam Drone Week together with partners like EASA, Eurocontrol, and NLR. I also led EU Horizon projects on urban drone integration. In my current role, I focus on connecting municipalities and industry through the Drone Netwerk Gemeenten, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and international alignment in aviation and safety.

What inspired you to join the NAG-LRN team?

What inspired me the most is the inspirational vision of the NAG leadership to broaden the links between the aviation industry and other industries facing similar challenges, while simultaneously transforming the way we service our members based on a more tailormade approach. A challenging and exciting approach and vision to work on a daily basis together with the other members of the NAG team.

What excites you most about your new role?

What excites me most is being directly involved in the aerospace ecosystem and creating real value for members. In MRO in particular, there is so much potential to connect parties, identify shared challenges, and turn those into concrete initiatives and partnerships that strengthen the sector. At the same time, I believe you always need a long-term mindset in this space. Building a strong ecosystem doesn’t happen overnight; it requires consistency, trust, and sustained collaboration over time. That’s something I really believe in and look forward to contributing to.

What is one fun or interesting fact about yourself?

I believe in continuously challenging myself, especially when it comes to height and speed. After completing the Berlin Marathon, I started a personal streak of cycling iconic mountain climbs on a racing bike. So far, I’ve conquered the Stelvio Pass in the Italian Alps and Mount Fuji in Japan. I’m always looking for new challenges, so if you have any suggestions for the next climb, I’m open to ideas—and perhaps we can even turn it into a joint challenge.
