HR-Cluster
On Monday 17 May 2021, NAG organized the HR-Cluster event. The topic of this event was how to prepare for the upcoming reboot after the corona crisis.
Frank Jansen opened the event and gave all the participants the opportunity to introduce themself. Afterwards, Frank gave the floor to guest speaker Edward Norg, Director Noord West Nederland at Randstad Nederland.
Edward gave a presentation, divided among four subtopics. Before every subtopic, a poll could be answered via Mentimeter. The results of the polls can be seen below from every subtopic:

- Which contract models are you going to use
- How and when to source
During the presentation, there was the possibility for questions and input. Participants shared their situations and gave each other tips.
At the end, participants gave inspiration for a follow-up session.
