Invitation: Airbus Group Airnovation Summer Academy @TU Delft

You are cordially invited to the closing session of the Airbus Group Airnovation Summer Academy @ TU Delft.

TU Delft and Airbus Group are excited to invite you, as a valuable partner, to the closing ceremony of the Airbus Group Airnovation Summer Academy @ TU Delft on 8 July 2016.

Airbus Group and TU Delft’s faculty of Aerospace Engineering are jointly organising the first Airbus Group Airnovation Summer Academy. The academy is linked to the Airbus Group University Partnership Programme (AGUPP), of which TU Delft is one of the key partners. The summer academy will take place from 3-8 July 2016 in Delft, The Netherlands.

During the summer academy, 40 carefully selected students with over 17 nationalities from all over the world will be working to be part of a group of ‘airnovators’, in the international, challenging and fun environment of the summer academy – designed to mirror a business accelerator. They will work in teams with mentors and experts to innovate on aerospace concepts.

During the closing ceremony on Friday 8 July, the students will show the jury what they have been working on during the summer academy. Awards and a networking lunch will follow this. The closing session will be attended by the top students, representatives from Airbus Group, top universities and key players in the field of innovation and business development in the aerospace sector.

NAG members are more than welcome to join this meeting. There are 35 places reserved specifically for representatives from the Dutch aerospace industry.

Please let us know who will represent your company by registering here as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please contact Kim-Lan Jong Baw, External Relations Coordinator (Aerospace Engineering / TU Delft): K.C.A.JongBaw@tudelft.nl / 015-2785107.
