NedAero’s MRO Business expanded by AD-S&CO acquisition
ZEVENAAR, Tuesday January 10, 2017 – NEDAERO Group, Dutch manufacturer and MRO specialist of aerospace components in Zevenaar and Avio-Diepen Holding in Alphen aan den Rijn have finalized their agreement regarding the acquisition of supply chain provider and helicopter parts and components distributor AD-S&Co as per January 1st, 2017.
