HR-cluster meeting “Recruitment and inflow of new employees”

On september 12th the HR-cluster meeting “Recruitment and inflow of new employees” took place at Schiphol. We like to thank Stefanie Boers en Joy Zaat for hosting the meeting at KLM Engineering & Maintenance (KLM E&M). The participants were welcomed by Stefanie Boers, program manager sourcing KLM E&M.

The meeting started with an interactive game “recruitment bingo” to get to know each other better. The bingo was led by Didier Soesman, corporate recruiter bij Fokker Services Group. It was a great success with the buzz and laughter. Carol van Muijen van AAR was the first with bingo!

After that Stefanie gave a presentation about “Sourcing KLM E&M”. The meeting ended with a pratical workshop led by Shapr hr consultancy “Shape your employer brand”. Of course, there was also plenty of time for networking with other HR colleagues
