MEETING HR-CLUSTER “(HAPPY) ONBOARDING”

On April 5th the meeting of the HR-cluster with the theme “(happy) onboarding” took place at Fokker Services in Group in Hoofddorp.
At Fokker Services Group we were warmly welcomed by the host and chairman of the day: Nathalie van der Valk, director People and Culture at Fokker Services Group.
After that there were two presentations by:
- Sanja Wissink Mesic, Program Manager Onboarding and Digital @Vanderlande Industries “Effective Employee Onboarding Strategy – Success Factors”
- Robbin Hofstede, sales & marketing TWI (Training Within Industry) “Creating happy employees by using TWI training”
Eva Bijl, Business Partner People & Culture at Fokker Services Group serviced an interactive session. She facilitated an interactive tool to use for the onboarding of new employees. The tool is called Fizzinity. It’s an online game and we had much fun with it!
With a group of around 35 participants, we had a very interesting meeting. There was a lot of interest for a next meeting!
