Export Compliance Training

Basics of U.S. and EU / Dutch Export Controls & Compliance Training

We now welcome registrations for the ‘Basics of U.S. and EU Export Controls & Compliance training’. This training will take place on Tuesday April 2, 2019 between 9:30 and 13:30 at the NAG in Delft, and will be provided by Drs. Ghislaine Gillessen and Drs. Vincent Goossen of Full Circle Compliance. Participants are welcome to register from 9:15.

The purpose of this training is to identify basic U.S. and EU/Dutch export compliance aspects in your work in order to identify and mitigate compliance risks. The training will consist of the following three main topics:

  • Setting the Scene: International relations and developments in the export control arena.
  • Regulatory framework and basics of U.S. (ITAR/EAR) and EU / Dutch dual-use and military export controls
  • Tips for designing / enhancing an Internal Compliance Program (ICP).

This training is for members and non-members of the NAG who are involved in operations that are subject to U.S. and/or EU dual-use and military export controls. The costs of the training are €205,00 (exclusive VAT) for NAG members and € 266,50 (exclusive VAT) for non-NAG members (30% rise above the member rate). Lunch is included in the price.

The training will take place at the NAG, Molengraaffsingel 10, Delft (meeting room Lab lounge 1).

The training takes place with a minimum of 15 participants. There is a maximum of 20 participants.
