AIRPORT trade mission Italy 2018

From 10 - 13 December 2018, Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) organises a trade mission, including matchmaking, focussed on airport development & infrastructure in Italy. This visit is a collaboration between the Netherlands Embassy in Rome, the Consulate-General in Milan and the trade association NAG. Matchmaking is executed by Proaxxes.

This mission is organised parallel to the aerospace trade mission to Italy, but both segments will have dedicated programmes.

Seminar opportunities in Italian aerospace and airport development

A market study on opportunities for the Dutch aerospace and airport industry in Italy was released earlier this year. The study was presented to organisations from our sector during a seminar in May. This trade mission is a follow-up of this event.

Programme

This mission includes company visits, individual matchmaking, a networking reception and sharing of knowledge. This provides an excellent opportunity to establish or strengthen relationships with relevant stakeholders and potential partners.

The draft programme for the AIRPORT segment includes:

• Networking reception in cooperation with Consulate-General in Milan
• Visit & meeting Malpensa Airport
• Matchmaking (Milan region)
• Visit & meeting Bologna Airport
• Visit & meeting Venice Airport

Target audience

Participation to this mission is open to Dutch organisations which are active in airport development & infrastructure. Acquisition and intake are carried out by NAG. Please contact Sjoerd Keizerwaard for further information.

Costs & Registration

Participation costs are € 500,- excluding VAT. This includes organisation costs, local support, matchmaking and local logistics.

This fee excludes travel to and from Italy, intercity transfers within Italy, hotels and personal expenses. A travel itinerary with suggested flights will be shared in advance.

A minimum of 6 participants for the programme is required to be able to organise this programme.
