[ONLINE MEETING] HR-cluster

Due to the circumstances concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, the NAG has decided to organize its HR- cluster in the form of an online session. 

Due to the special situation in which we find ourselves, the NAG will temporarily not charge any costs for participating in online activities. 
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The NAG has organized an online HR-cluster meeting about the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the HR- department within your organization on April 7th.  During this session, there appeared to be interest in a follow-up session, so we cordially invite you to attend the online meeting on April 23th from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM.

Background
Many organizations currently suffer from the impact of the COVID-19 crisis. During the session of April 7th we noted that this has impact on the HR- department within your organization. The NAG therefore organizes an online follow up meeting in which knowledge and expertise can be shared. This because we can only overcome this crisis together. This meeting is meant for everyone who works in the field of Human Resources within the Aerospace sector. There will be enough time and space to share your concerns. Topics that will be discussed during this meeting are: Practical matters NOW, Recruitment / exchange of personnel, Relationship employer/ employee and What is the future expectation of your organization in for instance a year?

For whom?
Anyone working in Human Resources who suffers from this crisis and possibly can use support from other organizations and/ or the NAG.

Costs
Due to the special situation in which we find ourselves, the NAG will temporarily not charge any costs for participating in online activities.
