Open Innovation
We would like to invite you for an [online] event on Open Innovation on May 27th 2021 from 10:00 – 12:00 am.
In our sector we are used to innovation. For product development we use customer inputs, Technology Roadmaps and Knowledge and Innovation Agendas, but this often closed innovation approach runs the risk of creating incremental improvements only. Disruptive innovations are often blocked by IP ownership issues or by certification requirements.
However, next to incremental innovations, disruptive innovations are required as well as to improve our products, services and processes. Open Innovation concepts can be used for this.
During this event we want to bring ‘Open Innovation’ to your attention and inform you on what the benefits and the preconditions are. The event brings some inspiring examples. Please bring your ideas and a specific case that you are pursuing in your business, as we would like to work with you in an interactive approach to bring open innovation to concrete action.
