Young NAG visits Woensdrecht Air Base & HIVE

Dear Young NAG members,

Get ready for a unique behind-the-scenes experience at Woensdrecht Air Base! On Thursday 11 December 2025, Young NAG invites you to visit the 980 and 981 Squadrons of the Royal Netherlands Air Force. These squadrons are responsible for the maintenance of helicopters, fighter jets, and their components; and you will get an exclusive look at what happens behind the scenes. Afterwards, we will head over to HIVE Aerospace Collective for an inspiring afternoon program on Cyber Security in Aerospace, together with NAG members.

🛩️ Will we see an F‑35? No promises, but there is a good chance of seeing impressive aircraft like the Apache or Chinook.

Program:

🕥 Time: 11:30 – 17:30
📍 Location: Start at HIVE Aerospace Collective together with NAG.

• 11:30 – Welcome & registration with lunch
• 12:15 – 12:30 – Presentation by HIVE
• 12:30 – 14:00 – Guided visit to the 980 & 981 Squadrons ✈️
• 14:00 – 14:30 – Break
• 14:30 – 16:30 – Joint program on Cyber Security & guided tour
• 16:30 – 17:30 – Networking drinks
