HvA Aviation Academy – Young NAG Alumni network event

Please join us on this inspiring event where we will set the foundation for a faster sustainable transition of the Dutch aviation sector! 

We would like to welcome you to a networking event in collaboration between Young NAG and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (HvA) Aviation Academy on March 9th, 2023 from 18:30 – 20:30 at the HvA Aviation Academy (Jacoba Muldershuis) in Amsterdam. 

 The evening will start off with a welcome drink and an opportunity to network with fellow attendees including alumni, Young NAG members, and a few key figures from the NAG. After the drinks, we will start with interactive presentations and talks on sustainable aviation hosted by Frank Jansen (managing director NAG). 

We are proud to announce the following speakers:

Daan van Dijk
Daan van Dijk will be one of our guest speakers at the event. Daan is Innovator at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, where they are a front runner in the sustainability transition of the airport. They make their own operations more sustainable, but also work with their stakeholders to enable sustainable mobility and sustainable flying. ✈

Kristian van Drimmelen
Kristian van Drimmelen is part of the Dutch Collaboration “Luchtvaart in transitie” and he will elaborate on a potential new altenrative fuel, hydrogen-electric. Any questions on this topic, ask Kristian!

Joost Dieben
Joost Dieben is one of the founders of Maeve Aerospace. This Dutch startup is currently developing the Maeve 01. It offers a real zero emissions alternative for commuter flight operators.
Driven by battery power only, Maeve 01 also lowers the operating cost per seat km, while having a much lower take-off noise.

 What is Young NAG?
Young NAG is a network established for young professionals in the aerospace sector (young talents up to 35 old from all different educational levels). Currently, a young generation is coming up who will shape our future. These young people not only have the potential to strengthen our business but also have unique talents and points of view that can provide the solutions we need. As we aim to make aerospace future-proof, we want to start actively involving this younger generation in our activities and the developments in the sector.

Increase connection between HvA Aviation Academy, Alumni & (Young) NAG network 

Target audience:
Alumni, members Young NAG, (selection) experienced NAG-members

Participation is free of charge.
