Meeting HR-cluster "(Happy) Onboarding"

We would like to invite you for the HR-cluster meeting “(Happy) Onboarding” on April 5th from 13:00 – 17:00. We are pleased to inform you that we will be the guest of Fokker Services Group in Hoofddorp.

Theme:
In the current labor market, it is difficult to attract well-qualified personnel. And when that new employee finally arrives, we often do not invest enough time to give that employee the right guidance. The result is often that employees feel disconnected from the company and start looking at other alternatives. You will then lose the employee for the company and perhaps also for the aviation sector. A good onboarding is therefore very important.

Target audience
Onboarding is not just the job of the HR department. The major part of that task lies with the direct manager and the employees who train new people. That is why, in addition to the HR managers/employees, we also invite the manager to participate in the meeting. Preferably accompanied by a new employee. Then we can immediately test how they experience the onboarding.

To gain insight into how the onboarding is organized at your organization and to adapt the meeting to your needs, I would like to ask you to complete this survey in preparation for your participation. This will take you max 5 minutes. We look forward to receiving your response no later than March 20.

Interactive session in which participants get to know each other better through inspiring questions and assignments using a tool "Fizzinity" that Fokker Services Group uses for the onboarding of new employees. It's an online game. The session will be guided by Eva Bijl, Business Partner People & Culture Fokker Services Group.

Costs
The NAG will not charge any costs for participating NAG members.
For non-NAG members the price is €250,- (ex VAT) per participant which will be returned in case of becoming a member in 2023.
