[ONLINE MEETING] General Members Assembly (ALV) December 2020

We would like to invite you to the Online NAG General Members Assembly (GMA) on Thursday, December 10th , 2020 from 13:00 – 15:30. The GMA takes place in a hybrid online-live setting from our office in Delft. All the speakers will be attending from the NAG office and all members will participate online.

How can we demonstrate that the aerospace & airport development industry is essential for the Dutch economy?

Currently our industry flies through stormy weather. Fortunately many members can survive thanks to the government emergency measures. The measures are foreseen to end in mid-2021. We all know that by than it will not be over for aviation. In addition to the expected restart of air travel, new developments are needed to make aviation more sustainable. The neighboring countries such as France, Germany and the UK have already launched public private partnerships to support their aerospace sector with R&D programs to accelerate the development of clean aviation. The Netherlands has an excellent starting position: located between all countries with concrete ambitions, recognized knowledge position and capable industries both large companies as well as SME’s. We need to assure that our industry survives and positions itself to be able to benefit from this growing market.
