Due to the circumstances concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, the NAG has decided to organize its HR- cluster in the form of an online session. 


We are facing a bizarre and uncertain time due to the COVID-19 crisis. This will most likely have an impact on the HR-department within your organization. We want to help! The NAG therefore organizes an online HR- meeting on Tuesday April 7th from 13:00 am - 14:30 am. This meeting is meant for everyone working in the field of Human Resources within the Aerospace and Airport Development sector.

What are we going to discuss?  “What is the impact of Corona on HR within your organization?”. An introductory speaker will be invited for this session to address what current HR related problems he / she encounters within his/ her organization. There will also be enough opportunity to share your concerns (such as high absenteeism, changing workload, keeping employees effective, temporarily deploying staff for other work, making use of emergency regulations, motivating staff, etc.).

We anticipate to organize more online follow-on HR cluster meetings. The outcome of this meeting will determine the agenda of the next meeting.

This first "online HR cluster meeting" is supervised by Frank Jansen, our managing director.

Our members are facing challenging times. For the time being, we will not charge any costs for participating in the upcoming online activities.

We hope to welcome you in the online session on April 7th, 2020.
