Generations at work: Grow, Guide, Retain
We would like to invite you to the next HR-cluster meeting on Tuesday, 10 June 13:30 – 17:30 at Fokker Services Hoofddorp.
Today’s organisations face a growing challenge: how to attract, guide and retain young talent in an ever-evolving workplace. This session focuses on understanding what drives young professionals, how they view their roles and what organisations can do to create an environment where intergenerational collaboration leads to long-term success.
We’ll explore the power of generational diversity, strategies for employer branding and the practical steps companies can take to ensure they remain relevant and attractive in the eyes of the future workforce.
Purpose
This session is designed to explore the value and impact of young professionals in the workplace. By combining inspiration with practical exchange, we aim to strengthen understanding between generations and build concrete strategies to retain talent.
Target Audience
This session is especially relevant for HR professionals, managers and organisational leaders in the Aerospace and Airport Development sectors. We also warmly welcome young professionals who want to share their perspectives.
