Aerospace Meets High Tech 2021

We would like to invite you for the second Aerospace meets High Tech Event on September 30th, live at the Brainport Industrie Campus (BIC) in Eindhoven. The event is hosted by the Brabant Development Agency (BOM) in close cooperation with Brainport Industries, KMWE and NAG.
Aerospace meets High Tech is an excellent workshop & network opportunity to increase the synergy between the Aerospace industry and other high-tech sectors. The plenary program and the workshops are interesting for both sectors.

The central theme of the meeting is: supply chain and life cycle integration!

You will have the opportunity to follow three workshops in succession. To support the interaction, we have deliberately chosen to rotate three (small) groups.

Background/purpose:
With the increasing demand for a sustainable aerospace, the industry is accelerating the implementation of new technology and business models. Integrating new technology in combination with new (servitization) business models throughout the supply chain can provide solutions to improve efficiency within operations and maintenances processes. This workshop is about implementing new technology and servitization models that can contribute to a more sustainable aerospace industry.

Background/purpose:
The theme of this session is production automation for better chain design and management. We have two perspectives: a user/a production company, who wants to set up its processes automatically and a production automation supplier who wants to supply modular concepts to automate such a chain.

Background/purpose
Striving for a circular economy means reduction through the total lifecycle of assets: waste and pollution has to be reduced, products and materials have to remain in use and energy must be from renewable sources. To seriously contribute to these main principles of a circular economy, the (aerospace) industry has a number of challenges to overcome. An important step is to understand the circular impact of an individual company and it’s products. In this workshop we discuss the solution for making the environmental impact transparent and the possibility to apply that as a competitive advantage.
