NAG Segment meetings "How will new climate related (EU) regulations and capital markets impact the aviation sector and affect the business of SMEs"

The NAG would like to invite you for the segment meetings on February 17th, 2022 from 13:00 – 17.15.

For the newcomers among you: During segment meetings we offer you the opportunity to discuss current topics with colleagues within your own segment (Airport Development & Infrastructure, Aircraft Manufacturing or Aircraft Maintenance).

Theme

The theme is “How will new climate related (EU) regulations and capital markets impact the aviation sector and affect the business of SMEs” in the aerospace and airport industries. Insights in the developments of regulations and industry response will be shared to highlight the near future for SME’s on these topics. What are the threats and what opportunities will arise? Consider, for example, the obligation for climate related financial reporting and evaluating climate impact in our business decisions. But also the use of polluting, conflict- or rare materials and on noise emissions, etc. will be further regulated.
