Round Table, theme: Digitization

On Thursday June 14th, from 13:00  to 17:00, the NAG, in close cooperation with  IBM and Axians, organises a round table on Digitization – Industry 4.0.  The event will be hosted at the IBM head office in Amsterdam (details below)

Background
The buzz about industry 4.0, digitization, Internet of Things and blockchain is still very much alive. And rightfully so.
By this time many NAG members will already have made a start making a strategy to get on board with digitization or maybe even already have started implementing elements of it.

Program
Together with IBM and Axians the NAG will host a round table session about digitization in the aviation industry, focusing on the Internet of things. By example of a start-up we shall take a closer look at relevant technologies for the manufacturing industry and how to apply these technologies. Furthermore, the participants can learn how the apply IoT in a clever way and how to connect devices.

The content in the program

• Axians will host an interactive game that will spark discussion and allow participants to take an introspective look at the options the companies have for (starting) to implement concrete measures and tools in their processes.
• Siemens has offered to host a joint Digital  Maturity session that will give you an insight in the level of Digitization your company is at, and what possible next steps to take (TBC).
• All of this is to offer you both Know-how and Do-how.

Participants of this round table are manufacturing suppliers, production and data analysis, active in the aviation industry. We specifically invite SME’s to join!
After the official program there will a possibility for an informal drink and networking opportunities
 
Participation is free
There is no participation fee for this round table. This event is made possible by a top sector HTSM TKI grant.
